About the INTERVIEW PROCESS:
Givex moves quickly and follows a process to save time for both parties and will hire upon completion of the steps and when the right candidate is found. The steps include:
- Electronic questionnaire - accurately answered (10 minutes)
- Telephone interview with HR (30 minutes)
- 1 interview at Givex office with HR; includes job specific testing/quizzes (1-1.5 hours)
- 1 to 2 interviews at Givex office with department VP (30 minutes)
- CPIC clearance
- Reference check
